At Warrior Makers, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

Unopened Products:
Products that are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Opened Products (Damaged or Defective):
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at orders@warrior-makers.com within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll offer a full refund or replacement.

Adverse Reactions:
All products are for research purposes only. These returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

  • Opened or used products (unless damaged, defective).

  • Products returned after the return window.

  • Items that have been stored improperly.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service:
    Email us at orders@warrior-makers.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.

  2. Return Authorization:
    We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.

  3. Packaging & Shipping:
    Package the product securely in its original packaging (if possible) and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Error or Damaged/Defective Items: We’ll cover return shipping costs.

  • All Other Reasons: Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Refund or Exchange

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges will be shipped only after we receive your return.

Important Notes

  • Please allow 7 business days for return processing once we receive your item.

  • We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet our policy guidelines.
