1. Find the email that was sent alerting you that your order has been shipped. Your tracking number is in that email.

2. Find your order # (located in the email you received after you made submitted your order and in the email after you made your payment). Click on “Track my Order”(below). Enter your Order# and your email address you used to create the order.

1.If your order does not arrive (and you gave us the correct and valid shipping info), we will send you a
new order to replace it.
2. We do not offer returns at all, IF there is a problem with your product please reach out and tell us. We
will decide if it warrants us sending you a replacement product or not. (pictures always help)
3. If we deem there is a valid issue w/ your product which is not your fault, we will send a replacement asap.
Immediately after you submitted your order an email was sent to your contact information with the
payment instructions, it also included your order# and Order total$. Find that email and follow those instructions.
If you selected at checkout to pay via CC/DC, you would have been emailed a custom payment link to the email you provided.
ALL Payment Links are sent once daily, during the hours of 8AM-11AM PST.
If your order was placed anytime within the preceding 24 hours of that window, that is when you will receive your payment link. Orders placed after 8AM will receive their Payment Link the following morning during that same window.
Links do not expire, so you may pay at a time of your convenience.

Most all of our products that come as freeze dried powder do come w/ a 3ml Vial of bacteriostatic water.
There are a few exceptions. Please look at the description of the product you purchased, it will tell you

This answer varies on the peptide itself. Once peptides have been reconstituted generally the
effectiveness of peptide reduces after 8 weeks even while refrigerated. There is more information available on the internet. Here’s an independent resource to read.
