At Warrior Makers, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
Disclaimer: We do not process refunds while a dispute or chargeback is open with any payment processor. Customers must withdraw and fully resolve any disputes before a return or refund will be considered.
Unopened Products:Due to the perishable nature of our products, prolonged shipping can compromise their quality and integrity. For this reason, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase has been made. The only exception is if a product arrives damaged or defective, in which case an exchange may be requested. All claims are subject to review to verify the reported condition.
Opened Products (Damaged or Defective):
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at orders@warrior-makers.com within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll offer a full refund or replacement.
Adverse Reactions:
All products are for research purposes only. These returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

Opened or used products (unless damaged, defective).

Products returned after the return window.

Items that have been stored improperly.
Return Process

Contact Customer Service:
Email us at orders@warrior-makers.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. -
Return Authorization:
We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. -
Packaging & Shipping:
Package the product securely in its original packaging (if possible) and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping Costs

Our Error or Damaged/Defective Items: We’ll cover return shipping costs.

All Other Reasons: Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Refund or Exchange

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges will be shipped only after we receive your return.
