Ordering Process

  • To place an order, please follow the instructions on our website carefully.

  • Orders will remain inactive until payment is received.

  • We begin processing paid orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation.


Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel an unpaid order at any time.

  • If your order has been paid or activated, you must contact customer service via our support form to request cancellation.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or modified.


Wrong Product Ordered

  • If you accidentally order the wrong item and it has not yet shipped, contact us immediately.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee a replacement.

Order Pricing

Reshipping Policy

We strive to ensure every order arrives complete and in excellent condition. If there’s an issue, we’ve got you covered:

Received the Wrong, Damaged, or Incomplete Order

  • Missing Items:
    Contact us with details of the missing item(s). After investigation, we’ll either reship or reimburse as appropriate.

  • Incorrect Items:
    If you receive an incorrect item, we will reship the correct item at no extra cost.

  • Damaged Items:
    Submit a support ticket with clear photos of the damaged product, shipping label, and packaging. We will verify the issue and take appropriate action.


Missing Packages

  • Incorrect Address Provided by You:
    We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address details. We will not reship in such cases.

  • Address Change After Shipment:
    If you change your address after placing your order, we cannot guarantee we will change your delivery address on time. You may ship your product back at your expense and we will reship your products at your expense.

  • Reporting a Missing Package:
    You must report a missing package 5 days after the expected delivery date. Provide your order ID and a new shipping address for review.

  • Lost Packages:
    Any package overdue by more than 30 days is considered lost.

  • Reporting a Delay:
    If your package is delayed, notify us no later than the 5th day after the expected delivery date.
