Track My order

1. Find the email that was sent alerting you that your order has been shipped. Your tracking number is in that email.

2. Find your order # (located in the email you received after you made submitted your order and in the email after you made your payment). Click on “Track my Order”(below). Enter your Order# and your email address you used to create the order.

How Do I pay?

What is your return policy?

1.If your order does not arrive (and you gave us the correct and valid shipping info), we will send you a
new order to replace it.
2. We do not offer returns at all, IF there is a problem with your product please reach out and tell us. We
will decide if it warrants us sending you a replacement product or not. (pictures always help)
3. If we deem there is a valid issue w/ your product which is not your fault, we will send a replacement asap.

I do not have the payment instructions?

Immediately after you submitted your order an email was sent to your contact information with the
payment instructions, it also included your order# and Order total$. Find that email and follow those instructions.

If you selected at checkout to pay via CC/DC, you would have been emailed a custom payment link to the email you provided.

ALL Payment Links are sent once daily, during the hours of 8AM-11AM PST.
If your order was placed anytime within the preceding 24 hours of that window, that is when you will receive your payment link. Orders placed after 8AM will receive their Payment Link the following morning during that same window.
Links do not expire, so you may pay at a time of your convenience.

Do you have your products tested?

Yes, we do third party testing on all of our products. You can find the CoA or Certificate of Analysis on every product page if you scroll down to “Certificate of Analysis”

If I paid for shipping insurance, how do I file a claim?

If you paid for ROUTE Shipping Insurance to file a claim simply go to: https://claims.route.com/.

RULES: If your package has been delayed even by 2 days, you can file a claim and it will not be denied, Route will resend you a brand new order even if your order still ends up arriving. Always file a claim if it is lost, delayed, or damaged in any way.

We do provide Bacteriostatic Water with every peptide for research purposes

Do I receive bacteriostatic water or syringes with my order?

Most all of our products that come as freeze dried powder do come w/ a 3ml Vial of bacteriostatic water.
There are a few exceptions. Please look at the description of the product you purchased, it will tell you
exactly what you will receive with your order. NO we will never provide syringes with any order.

How long do peptides last for?

This answer varies on the peptide itself. Once peptides have been reconstituted generally the
effectiveness of peptide reduces after 8 weeks even while refrigerated. There is more information available on the internet. Here’s an independent resource to read.
