Science Behind Epitalon
Epitalon is a synthetic peptide composed of four amino acids (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) and is classified as a telomerase activator. It works by promoting the production of the enzyme telomerase, which helps protect and lengthen the telomeres found at the ends of chromosomes. Telomeres naturally shorten with age, which contributes to the aging process and cellular degradation.
